Situtations like this above is becoming more and more common to me, I am seriously considering taking this matter from this point forward into the legal action because I believe it constitutes as discrmination to Deaf people like me according to ADA (American Disablities Act).

Yesterday, I have bought 4 more common crabs to help my overworked scarlet hermit crabs which that they are being overworked because the algae growth is outgrowing from the 4 scarlet crabs workload ablity so I hope the total of 8 crabs should be enough to keep the algae in the control.

However, it does not solve the problem because they don’t have the ablity to keep the glass free of algae so I bought 4 small asteria snails which appears that is not enough so I will probably have to buy 8 medium sized snails since the green algae covers up the glass which is too much for just 4 little guys to keep it under the control. I do have the sand problem which it becomes brown so I have bought 2 sand-sifting crabs which is called the horseshoe crabs and just two of them are doing great job by maintaining it as the white sand instead of the ugly brownish sands. Wait a minute, it is not finished, because there are some pest plants problem that are growing just like weed that is called Aiptasia which will be very bad when my tank becomes a reef tank because it stings the corals so I have bought the peppermint shrimp along with the purchase I made yesterday with the 4 common crabs. All finished ? nope! There is more what happens if the fish becomes sick with parasites ? By the nature, the cleaner shrimp helps to keep that under the control. The list goes on, and on so I have learned so much about it and still have alot more to learn so my aquarium will be self-sustaining healthy tank with the thriving creatures

This post have been inspired by Steve’s Midlife Crisis that I also oppose legalizing the illegal immigrants which will signal the easy way to gain the citizenship. I am very surprised that many of them are working for the licensed companies illegaly that they would grind most major cities to halt because they are going to stage a walk out on May 1st which is unfair to the legal americans who works hard and paid their (and my tax) taxes while they probably don’t pay a cent to the taxes because they don’t have the social security number in the record!

As we are aware of the increasing crisis in the gang-related crime in the urban cities and the Los Angeles Police Department have the statistics that shows:

The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.

So can we trust the illegal aliens as they continue to contribute the problem and entering and living in the country without any valid passport or ID constitutes as felony offense since they are on our land and they are expected to follow all of our laws which I don’t think they do like I mentioned earlier that they probably don’t pay their taxes to Uncle Sam also illegal immigrantion is a crime just like speeding.

Also they have produced large financial burden for some states especially for California since we are spending over $10.5 Billion dollars just in education, medical care and incarceration which is little steep for the population of 36 million residents and is expected to grow up to about 45 million residents by year 2030 while we are letting the illegal immigrants get away without paying the tax ? I DON’T THINK SO!

In conclusion, if they want to stay in this country, then start learning to speak English since it is the country’s offical language and we are not going to sing our national anthem in Spanish as the primary language in the English-speaking events and get the social security number and start contributing to Uncle Sam then you are the American!

I have posted the entry about this before at here which I made in September 2005 which the gas price was approximately at the range of $2.50 to $2.65 per gallon. Now last week we have surpressed the $3 per gallon barrier and the station now charges over $3.15 per gallon at my area and the particular chevron charges $3.23 (It was $3.12 per gallon on the day before) per gallon and it was totally empty when I drove by while the acro across the street only charges $3.09 that was packed with cars! So at the rate where we are going so we are flirting with the $4 barrier and President Bush said he have suspended the oil summer deposits to the federal oil reserve to cool market down but in my opinion, it won’t be working because that probably will add only 30,000 barrels per day to the demand of 21 million barrels per day. Reversing the tax cuts from the oil companies won’t be working either because the companies have the power to pass the increased taxes to the consumers by raising the gas prices! What we have to do is that to push our government to accelrate the research and development of the reliable hydrogen fuel cell or improve the ethanol technology!

While the oil companies are reaping in their record-high profits and the consumers are being increasingly angered as the gasoline price continues to raise, for the federal government, I urge you to pass some kind of restricting law that applies to the oil companies that they can not charge the consumers if we are going to tax the oil companies more to correct the raising price which there is not any bill that is related to it.

For me, I have to suspend my daily commute between home and my primary job by car for a bike ride of 4 miles per way since the spending for the gasoline becoming more and more ridiculous! So I am doing my part to ease the demand down so will you ? Oh, no offense for those of you who drives the Chevy Suburban as the personal transport but I have to rant this, trade that damn gas-hogging SUV in for more effiecent SUV!

I was watching Fox News on TV and this particular topic have immediately caught my attention that some of the airliners are considering to reconfigure their standard seats to the stand-up seats so they can pack in more passengers to make more revenues! I strongly oppose it if it is configured for long haul flights (1 or more hours flight) because I don’t think it would be comfortable standing up for the long haul flight unless it is the shuttle flight which is fine with me like for example from Los Angeles to San Diego so it can reduce the flight route load while increasing more passengers per mile. Would you like to stand on those „seats“ if you are flying out from Los Angeles International to Kennedy International:


For me, NO FREAKIN WAY IN THE HELL I AM GOING TO STAND IN THAT FOR THE 8 HOUR FLIGHT! Therefore the airliners are going to lose more revenues if they actually executed this plan because almost all of us who flew before 9/11 remembers that it used to be more luxury than what it is today that we used to be able to all you can eat peanuts but now its only 2.7 peanuts per flight! So I want my 3 extra inches of legroom and all of my peanuts back!!!
