Is it Wrong to Show the Excessive Patriotism ?
It just have shocked me that Donald Trump got cited for placing a 80-foot flag pole and flying a large US flag at this link
So is it wrong to show a simple patriotsm like I am doing right now:

So What more the Government want from us and we are supposed to stay united and rebuild the nation foundation if they are keeping citing us for everything seemed right thing to do ? So showing a large patriotism is now wrong according to the Government...this is a total BS.

The Five Levels of Leadership

The Five Levels of Leadership
Based on readings of John C Maxwell
Level 1: Position/Rights
At this level of leadership people follow you because they have to. At this level your influence will not extend beyond the lines of your job description. The longer you stay here, the higher the turnover and the lower the morale. Listed below are some characteristics that must be exhibited with excellence before advancement to the next level of leadership.
- Know your job description thoroughly
- Be Aware of the history of the organization
- Relate the organizations history to the people of the organization (in other words, be a team player)
- Accept responsibility
- Do your job with consistent excellence
- Do more then expected
- Offer creative ideas for change and improvement.
Level 2: Permission/Relationships
At this level People follow you because they want to. At this level People will follow you beyond your stated authority. This level allows work to be fun. A caution staying too long on this level without rising will cause highly motivated people to become restless. Listed below are some characteristics that must be exhibited with excellence before advancement to the next level of leadership.
- Possess a genuine love for people
- Make those who work with you more successful
- See through other peoples eyes
- Love people more than procedures
- Do win-win or dont do it
- Include others in your journey
- Deal wisely with difficult people
Level 3: Production/Results
At this level people follow you because of what you have done for the organization. At this level Success is sensed by most people. They like you and what you are doing. Problems are fixed with very little effort because of law of big Mo. Listed below are some characteristics that must be exhibited with excellence before advancement to the next level of leadership.
- Initiate and accept responsibility for growth
- Develop and follow a statement of purpose
- Make your job description and energy an integral part of the statement of purpose
- Develop accountability for results, beginning with yourself.
- Know and do the things that give a high return
- Communicate the strategy and vision of the organization
- Become a change-agent and understand timing
- Make the difficult decisions that will make a difference
Level 4: People Development/Reproduction
At this level people follow you because of what you have done for them. This is where long range growth occurs. Your commitment to developing leaders will insure ongoing growth to the organization and to people. Do whatever you can to achieve and stay on this level. Listed below are some characteristics that must be exhibited with excellence before advancement to the next level of leadership.
- Realize that people are your most valuable asset
- Place a priority on developing people
- Be a model for others to follow
- Pour your leadership efforts into the top 20 percent of your people
- Expose key leaders to growth opportunities
- Be able to attract other winners producers to the common goal
- Surround yourself with an inner core that complements your leadership
Level 5: Personhood/Respect
At this level people follow because of who you are and what you represent. This level is reserved for leaders who have spent years growing people and organizations. Few make it. Those who do are bigger than life. Listed below are some characteristics that must be exhibited with excellence before advancement to the next level of leadership.
- Your followers are loyal and sacrificial
- You have spent years mentoring and molding leaders
- You have become a statesman/consultant, and are sought out by others
- Your greatest joy comes from watching others grow and develop
- You transcend the organization
Everyone is a leader because everyone influences someone in one way or another. Not everyone will because a great leader, but everyone can because a better leader, now the question to ask yourself is where do you fall as a leader and what do you need to work on to advance to the next level.

Videophone Phone Numbers to Join Into the Central Telephone Number Database ? It Might Will Become A Reality.
I never knew that it is in the works by NAD (National Association of the Deaf) is working on that to make it possible by proposing it to FCC (Federal Communications Commission). As of right now at 10/27/2006, the video phone (VP) telephone numbers are proxy numbers that represents the IP (Internet Protocol) numbers of your computer. Why not use IP ? We can't because many of those IPs are changing constantly so its making us harder to dial to the other VP users so instead we are using the proxy telephone number to represent the IPs.
As of Grant Laird Jr and my case:
I do use the MY IP Relay number that the hearing number can call the direct number to reach me via AIM which is primarily used for the business purposes while I also have the VP number where my friends can reach me and I have a real telephone number that is assigned by AT&T/SBC for my fax so I have 3 numbers in total...so yeah its crazy!
What the NAD is proposing is that to convert the VP from the proxy into a real telephone number which would reduce the number of the telephone numbers to remember and would be much easier for all of us to reach one other with one lesser number!
While Grant Laird suggested an excellent idea about the skype-style service where you can prioritize the services like for example: If the VP is off, then the next step is going to the AIM, but if the AIM is not online then leave a message via email like a voice mail for hearing but is the "voice mail" for the Deafies, which will be administered by the 3rd party company. That would make my job as Computer Technician for Rescuecom hella more easier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gosh, I do want to have one number instead of remembering all 3 numbers, so please support NAD's proposal by filling in at http://www.nad.org/fccnumberaction, if you are interested to see it to happen!

Time Warner aka Time Goner
This post has been inspired by Grant Laird Jr. since he got switched over to Time Warner from Comcast just like me...
Time Goner have taken the service area here in Los Angeles area from Comcast so I had no choice but convert to the Time Goner Customer..
Reaching them by using internet Relay is f!@#%!#$^%king difficult as I post the evidences below:

Final 4th call:
After the TW Commerical convinced me that the customer service is open for 24 hours and 7 days a week but after going on the plain ole TTY relay and they could not reach the live operator after navigating through the menu choices and finally when I looked into my new bill from time warner and they are only open from 7am to 9pm!@#!#@$%^@#$^ Why air the false commerical that they are open for 24 hours 7 days a week the commerical clip that shows a dude that sleeps in his bed at 1:30am and calls the 888 toll free number and he immediately got a live person while I got a f!@#$%#@$^king automated recording!?
I also sent the email to the customer care on September 6th, 2006 which I have not heard from them since then:

I am the Deaf customer who is going to be Time Warner customer since they are taking the service area from Comcast here in Los Angeles area. I have been trying to reach Time Warner but I could not reach the company because I have had faced the difficulties...the first try that seems that the Time Warner is blocking one of the relay provider's number out because it returned back as can not being reached message. Therefore it has forced me to try to use different relay provider to try to call same number which I was able to get the recording but I ended up connected to Comcast customer care even though I gave the relay operator to dial 888-TW-CABLE so I have provided the transcript from both calls below:

Since then I have not heard from them and if I got their auto response then my spam filter tags it as good mail and should not have gone to the spam folder especially if the live person responds it as well as I have been checking in the spam folder if they have responded which they have not responded at all!
So I am really fed up due to the extreme inconvenience of reaching their customer care so I am ready to print out all of the evidences of the call attempts and emails I have sent and take it down to the office and I would scold at the employee at the counter! I am thinking about the legal action choices or going to OC Deaf/GLAD (Greater Los Angeles Association for the Deaf) and ask them for advice because it have made me stressed out every time I try to reach them, the time wasted, the inconvenience of deaf person to reach them by using the internet relay system, TW also does not provide any dedicated TTY phone number so the case appears like an discrimination. Yes, you could say I am extremely pissed off. UPDATE: This post also supports my post below about the relay inconvenience.
